How do I order a personalised gift on Felofey?

Choose any product marked 'Personalise', add the name, message, photo or design you want, then add it to your cart and check out. Every personalised gift is made to order in our studio and shipped anywhere in India.

Personalised mugs, name bottles and sippers, photo mugs for couples, hand-crocheted gajras, keychains and plushies, hand-poured candles, hair accessories and curated gift sets for birthdays, anniversaries, friendship and festive gifting.

Can I see a preview before you make my gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For photo products we send a design preview on WhatsApp before printing. For text personalisation, exactly what you type is what we print or embroider, so double-check spellings and emoji.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number within 12 hours. We can cancel or edit as long as we haven't started making a personalised item. Ready-to-ship items can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

Do you deliver personalised gifts across India?

Yes — we deliver to almost every PIN code in India, including metro cities, small towns and most remote areas. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see the estimated delivery dates.

How long does gift delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 1–2 days and reach most cities in 3–6 days. Personalised and handmade-to-order items take about 2 extra days to make. The exact estimate is shown at checkout.

Is delivery included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The price you see on the product is the price you pay — packaging and doorstep delivery are included, with no extra charges added at checkout.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else's address?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Enter the recipient's name, phone and address at checkout and add a note if it's a surprise — we never include prices in the box and can add a handwritten card.

How do I track my order?

Use Track Order with your order number and email or mobile number. We also email you at every step, from confirmation to out-for-delivery, along with the courier tracking link.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Payments are secure and prices include all taxes.

How does UPI scan & pay work?

On a laptop or desktop we show a QR code with your exact order amount — scan it with any UPI app and approve. On a phone, tap 'Pay in your UPI app' and the amount opens pre-filled. Then enter the UPI reference (UTR) so we can confirm your order.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No — to keep prices low and handmade items moving quickly we accept prepaid orders only. UPI is the fastest way to pay and takes under a minute.

Are Felofey crochet products really handmade?

Yes. Every gajra, keychain, bow, plushie and coaster is crocheted by hand in cotton yarn by our small team. Slight variations between pieces are part of the charm of handmade gifts.

Can I upload a photo for a mug or gift set?

Yes — upload a clear JPG or PNG up to 5 MB on photo products. Well-lit, high-resolution photos print best. We'll share a preview before printing.

How many characters can I personalise?

Accepted Answer

Each field shows its limit as you type — usually 14–16 characters for names and up to 60–120 characters for messages so the lettering stays legible and beautiful.

Can I change the personalisation after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp within 12 hours with your order number and the change. If production hasn't started we'll update it free of charge.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Personalised, made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if it does. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days.

Do you do corporate gifting or bulk orders?

Yes — from 50 to 5,000 units with volume pricing, custom branding and festive or employee gift boxes. Share your requirement on the Corporate Gifting page and we'll send a quote within a day.

Can you add our company logo to the gifts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can print or embroider your logo on mugs, bottles, cards and packaging, and match ribbon and box colours to your brand.
